The Fortune 500 company was faced with a large amount of internal needs that required not only a technical skill match but also an important cultural fit that was so important to this company. The company wanted resource candidates who had the cultural fit that the company was built upon and would be long-lasting employees who wanted to work and grow within their environment. The company was faced with current vendors who were not as committed to the permanent roles as they may have been on the contract needs. They also wanted a vendor relationship that was based on a partnership and commitment value. The client undergoes an evaluation process at least once every five years to ensure their supplier base is made up of the best-in-class vendors and that their contingent workforce consists of only the top talent.

The client required a partner with a national footprint to place talent within their local corporate location but could locate top talent that sat across the United States. At the time, the vendor base consisted of eight national vendors. The client also saw upcoming demand for various technology services based on continuous organic growth.

RiseIT leveraged its national recruiting footprint and ability to customize a dedicated delivery model to satisfy the client’s high expectations.

RiseIT was given the opportunity to participate as a new vendor on the program. With offices located across the US along with offshore capabilities, we positioned ourselves to meet their requirements. Utilizing years of service experience to fully understand the client’s environment and culture along with the related company needs, RiseIT undertook an intensive internal evaluation and developed a customized resource allocation process for the client.

Results  

Within only one year and against a field of top legacy suppliers, RiseIT was able to establish itself as one of the top-tiered ranked primary vendors on the program.

After being awarded preferred vendor status, RiseIT was able to provide expertise and resource candidates that fit well into their culture. The positions covered contract and permanent placements within their Operations, Application IT, and Infrastructure IT departments.
